Why you should Support NTUUNGI?

NTUUNGI Integrated Community Development Initiative was birthed out of compassion and care for underprivileged people by Mrs Rose Kyotungire Taremwa.

Rose is a first born daughter of the late Mr Enoch and late Mrs Elivaidah Mutungi of Kyetsika village, Ndeija Sub-County in Rwampara District.

Rose having grown up in a rural setting well understood the challenges underprivileged people go through especially poor health and hygiene mainly for women and girls, illiteracy and high levels of poverty and all these concerns prompted and motivated Rose to start up a national based NGO through which these challenges can be improved. It is worthwhile to mention that Rose initially supported a small group of women and school going girls with supply of reusable sanitary pads entirely by herself until when the needs and requirements were so overwhelming and she decided to start an NGO through which other individuals and organizations can join hands to support her efforts across Uganda.
